A 45-year-old man is facing jail after admitting to raping a teenage boy in an affluent area of Lagos.
Magistrate O.A. Ogunbowale of an Igbosere magistrates court has
remanded a 45-year-old security guard, Musa Mohammed, into custody for
the alleged rape of a 15-year-old boy.
The defendant was charged with assault and unlawful sexual intercourse (rape).
The prosecutor, inspector Asu Feddy, said that the security man who
resides at 30 Glover road, Ikoyi, committed the alleged offences on
November 9, 2015, at about 4:10pm.
He said that the defendant unlawfully had sexual intercourse with the
15-year-old boy by forcing himself on the teenager and anally raping
him.
