Teenager Sets Himself Alight But Stunt Goes Horrifically Wrong

An alarming social media craze called Fire Challenge keeps making its way around the Internet but injuring teens and kids in real life.


One of the Fire Challenge victims is a 16-year-old boy who doused his naked  torso and pants in fingernail polish remover and set himself ablaze.

What is even more shocking is that the stunt was filmed by his own mother Janie Talley, 41, who was later arrested. The horrifying video footage shows a teenager pouring flammable liquid on himself and igniting it with a  lighter.

Next moment he becomes fully engulfed in flames, the boy starts screaming in pain and running around the apartment, while baffled onlookers keep watching  and the camera continues to roll.Finally, his mother rushes to help, she tries to put out the fire and remove the burning trousers. Luckily, the boy sustained just minor burns on his chest and neck. His shocking stunt has gained nearly a million views on YouTube but his mother was detained for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
